Introduction of electronic aluminum foil

Electronic aluminum foil is a kind of aluminum foil which is processed by a series of rolling, cleaning and cutting processes of high purity aluminum ingot, and is the key raw material for the production of aluminum electrolytic capacitors.

After aluminum foil is processed into foil, the electronic aluminum foil is subjected to surface corrosion treatment and reoxidation treatment, and then wound to make capacitors. The aluminum foil before corrosion is called light foil, the aluminum foil after corrosion is called corrosion foil, and the aluminum foil after reoxidation is called foil. Electronic aluminum foil refers to light foil, is the key raw material for the production of aluminum electrolytic capacitors, because of the order of the production process is divided into electronic aluminum foil, electrode foil, which electrode foil includes corrosion foil and formation foil.

Electronic aluminum foil and electrolyte together account for 30%-70% of the raw material cost of aluminum electrolytic capacitors (with the size of the capacitor varies). It can store electrical energy and can be used as positive and negative electrodes of electrolytic capacitors.

As one of the most basic electronic components, aluminum electrolytic capacitors are widely used in the electronic information industry and various electronic products such as home appliances. They have the characteristics of small size, large capacity and low cost, especially the unit capacity price is the cheapest among all capacitors, which is in line with the development trend of low-cost information products. Widely used in communications, home appliances, automobiles, electronics, aviation, new materials and other industries, the market demand is huge, the current production of aluminum electrolytic capacitors accounted for 45% of the total capacitor production.
