The crack of aluminum profiles is a phenomenon of transverse metal tearing on the surface of the profiles with different degrees due to the action of tensile stress during extrusion. The main reasons for this phenomenon, after analysis, there are mainly the following three:

Second, the extrusion temperature is too high, the tensile strength of the metal surface decreases, and cracks occur under the action of friction.
Third, when the extrusion speed is too fast, the attached stress on the metal surface increases, causing cracks in the profiles.
The way to solve this reason is only to strictly control the extrusion process parameters to ensure a reasonable exit speed and exit temperature, in order to reduce the phenomenon of cracks in aluminum profiles. This requires the company to strictly check and supervise the production process.
